Small FRY is a Naarm/Melbourne-based artist manager, with a focus on Asian-Australian artists in left-field pop. She manages Rainbow Chan and Yeo.
She is also the host of Mooncake on Triple R 102.7FM, a program that celebrates sounds from Asia and artists of the Asian diaspora. In 2021, Mooncake won the CBAA Award for Best Music Program.
Co-founding the collective Big Bao, Small FRY has curated artist-line ups for Asia TOPA, OzAsia Festival, Maribyrnong City Council, Frankston City Council, Willoughby City Council, City of Parramatta, and Multicultural Arts Victoria, providing a platform for Asian-Australian artists and diverse sounds.
As an active member of the music industry, Small FRY has offered her expertise as a selection judge for APRA AMCOS, SXSW Sydney, BIGSOUND, and National Live Music Awards, and has been an artist mentor at The Boîte.
